Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Royal Saree. We want you to love your purchase, and we aim to provide a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital items
  • Intimate or hygiene-related accessories (petticoats, fall edging services, blouse stitching, etc.)
  • Items damaged due to perfume, stains, or misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refund Situations

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The saree or accessory is not in original condition
  • Parts are missing (without company error)
  • The product is returned after 30 days but within 45 days (special approval only)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product. We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—refund posting may take time.
  3. Contact your bank for processing updates.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products can be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after we receive the returned item.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
